Functional Strength Training


At Perfect Postures, we pride ourselves on our clients’ successes. We feel that our program’s success is a comprehensive, two-part process. The first is by helping our clients’ pain concerns through our corrective exercise program and the second is through our functional strength training program. With this program, we are able to continue helping our clients by selecting and sequencing the correct strength training exercises and making sure they are performing the exercises correctly. In doing so, we are ensuring that our clients are strengthening their muscles in the correct planes of motion and executing proper joint movement patterns. This is a critical step in preventing future injuries as well as maintaining all of the work our clients have done with our corrective exercise program.
