Therapeutic exercise programs: Are designed following a comprehensive evaluation by a Perfect Postures therapist. During the evaluation your case therapist identifies the muscle groups and biomechanical issues that contribute to your symptoms. Your therapist will then design a corrective pain relief program that is personalized to your needs. The course of exercise programs usually takes approximately 10 visits. The client is seen once every 7-14 days and the exercise programs are updated at each visit to ensure success.

Myofascial release techniques: Are soft tissue interventions that target muscles, nerves, tendons, joint capsules and ligaments. These techniques include, myofascial release, trigger point release and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Increased range motion & decreased pain are the result, allowing the therapeutic exercise programs to be more effective.

First visit is 90 minutes: $175.00
Subsequent visits are 60 minutes: $135.00

OUT OF STATE SERVICES
Digital and video programs: This service is generally used for out of state clients who cannot travel to the San Diego area. Our program is very useful for clients who have pain or limitations. The client either takes digital photos or videotapes their 4 postural views and then fills out a health history and a questionnaire. That information is sent to Perfect Postures and we will develop a series of pain relief exercises that is specific to the clients' body. Email for directions on how to get started. Cost: $135.00 per evaluation and corrective exercise program.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Health Care professional consultations: This service includes Perfect Postures president and founder, Aaron Brooks, visiting your location to review, discuss and develop case specific objectives for your patient/client. Flight, transportation and accommodations are not included in the pricing. Please call for details.
