Aaron Brooks is president and founder of Perfect Postures, Incorporated. He is also co-founder of Function First, a pain relief company founded in 1995. Function First specializes in corrective exercise programs.

Aaron is an exercise physiologist / biomechanist who has been helping people in pain for over 15 years. His expertise consists of developing corrective exercise programs and ergonomic products to help correct body postures and help fix the causes of each person's pain. Aaron has developed a line of ergonomic and pain relief products called "Align Your Spine." One of his products is currently patent pending.

His knowledge of body mechanics, posture and neuromuscular function make him a sought after practitioner around the country. He has traveled extensively consulting other health care professionals and setting up mobile clinics to help with his clients' pain. Aaron has also been a special advisor to the San Diego chapter of the California Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. He has spoken at and worked with the Jazzercise corporate headquarters, has been featured on San Diego's KUSI morning television show and has spoken on numerous radio stations around the world. He has also been featured in San Diego's Union Tribune and numerous other local and nationwide newspapers.
